Multirom is unique Russian project which main focus is quality and stability.

Main goal of this project - Their new translation system and patching firmware "B.A.R.S."/Methic
They do not use jBart! (combine that uses apktool and smali/baksmali which used by others/xiaomi.eu etc). Mainly because of this, the quality is much higher than others analog firmware. Apktool hopelessly outdated and it's time to the dustbin of history. 
They used about 40 patches to make firmware great. In addition to well-known patches and patch T9 paid to those present:
Patch Anti-spam, calendar (Russian and Ukrainian holidays), camera, wedge-master, e-mail, gallery, a compass, a framework, Mui keyguard, framework, weather, SMS, yellow pages, security center, videos, contacts, and so on. In general, patches adapted typical Chinese setting and services to European. 

They do not include third-party firmware hacked software. Only Open-Source. All apk during the translation are subject to optimization. The greater the amount of free RAM - a side effect of the procedure

My Experience of MultiRom:before it i was using EU roms. But after first installation i love MultiRoms.

- MultiRom team uses their new translation system and patching firmware "B.A.R.S."/Methic. But Xiaomi.EU team using simpe ways apktool and smali/baksmali.
the way that they Transfering rom is so important. MultiRom way takes more time but the quality of their work is on high level.

but if you want a multi language rom you have to just use Eu roms. and the only good feature of eu roms is multilanguaging.
